Reservation Steps
Complete these steps to apply for a Guest Suite reservation.
Step 1 Check the calendar below for availability.
Step 2 Review the booking and use rules.
Step 3 Complete and submit the reservation form.
Step 4 Your request will be reviewed by staff.
Step 5 You will receive a Square invoice via email.
Step 6 Booking confirmation and check-in info will follow your payment.
Information Collection
The personal information requested and subsequently provided in this form is for the purpose of communicating with tenants and owners, ensuring the orderly management of the Strata Corporation and compliance with legal requirements.
Booking Rules

Booking Requests: All booking requests must be made by a resident through the strata corporation’s website at least one (1) full business day in advance. Owners who have assigned their amenity privileges to a tenant through a rental agreement are not entitled to book a Guest Suite. Guests are not entitled to book any Guest Suite directly.

Rental Fees and other Costs: A rental fee of $75.00 per night plus a one time per booking $40 cleaning fee is required to be paid to the strata corporation in order to book a Guest Suite. Such payment must be made with a credit or debit card via Square Invoice prior to check-in. Additional costs to cover any necessary repair of damage to a Guest Suite caused by a resident’s guest(s) will be billed directly to the booking resident/owner's strata lot account.

Non-concurrent bookings: Residents can make only one reservation at a time. The current reservation and stay must be completed before a
second reservation can be made. -
Resident Responsibility: The resident booking a Guest Suite is responsible for the guest check-in. They must familiarize themselves with the procedures, help their guest with visitor parking, inform their guests regarding amenity rules, give the guest access to the room and the key, and assist their guests with other procedural requirements.
I will comply with the following;

The guest will not check into the Guest Room until after 3:00 P.M. the first day of the rental.

All guests will vacate the Guest Room by 11:00 A.M. on the last day of the rental.

The Guest Room key and fob will be left in the room on the key hook provided when the guest stay is completed.

The Guest Room will be left locked with the keyless entry mechanism.

There is no smoking allowed in the guest rooms or in any common areas at Waterscapes.

There are no pets allowed in the guest suite.

Guest suites are not hotel rooms. Please do not leave excessive garbage. Extra charges will be considered for excessively dirty suites or stained bedding.
